1. No Physical Shipping Required

Akarshan Sutra does not ship any physical goods. All products are delivered in digital format via download links. You will not receive any package, courier, or postal delivery.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

  • Upon successful payment, your product will be immediately available for download through a secure link displayed on the order confirmation page.
  • The same download link will also be sent to your registered email address.
  • Please do not close or refresh the window after purchase. Download your product promptly to ensure smooth access.

3. Single Download Entitlement

  • Each purchase is entitled to a single download only.
  • It is your responsibility to secure, store, and back up your digital product after download.
  • Akarshan Sutra will not be responsible for any loss, accidental deletion, or misplacement of your digital files once the download has been completed.

4. Download Issues & Support

  • If you are unable to download your product due to a technical error, you may contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
  • Email us at mail@akarshansutra.com with your order details. We will be happy to help by reactivating your download or providing alternative access during this period.
  • After 7 days, re-download requests may not be honored.

5. Buyer Responsibility

  • Please ensure you enter a valid email address during checkout to avoid missing your download link.
  • Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive the email within a few minutes.
  • By purchasing, you agree to be fully responsible for the storage, safekeeping, and use of your digital purchase.
